Electronic discovery, the process in which electronic data is sought, located, secured, and searched with the intent of using it as evidence in a civil or criminal legal case, is an evolving field that goes far beyond mere technology. E-discovery gives rise to multiple legal, constitutional, political, security, and personal privacy issues, many of which have yet to be resolved. Don't get caught off-guard if you find yourself involved in a legal dispute! Learn what you can do to protect your business and prepare your organization to handle an E-discovery investigation.
Join the InfraGard Pittsburgh Chapter as we welcome an attorney from the law firm of Devore & DeMarco LLP in New York City to discuss the complex world of electronic discovery (E-Discovery), and the impact of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on today's businesses.
